A group of young writers from South Africa, Ghana, Benin Republic and Nigeria came up to achieve this idea, to compile the First eLiterature Compilation initiated by young writers in Africa. They promote a cause for a better future for Africa, to encourage youths to believe in themselves and achieve their dreams. In that same lane of thought to also encourage most importantly education in Africa. The initiator Da’vid King said he likes the brand Etisalat for their interest in Literature and in appreciation to their support for promoting literature in Africa (Etisalat Prize for Literature), he named the compilation project Etisalat Light. The theme, “Developing is educating” explains itself; educating Africa is developing Africa. He also highlighted that this is not a sponsored message from Etisalat nor is it from them, He also appreciates oneAfrica.com for promoting peace in Africa, one Africa.
The writers connecting across Africa identified themselves as writers that love the pen and writing as their specialty. These writers have created an audience already for themselves from writing for years. Their social accounts will soon be released here.
Each of the writers is presently writing his or her piece to be compiled on November 15, 2016 after which it will be released to the public. A land with beautiful settings, a people that are knowledgeable and working towards great achievements as nations, as a continent. This is our dream for Africa. Great Africans, Great Africa.
Join the promotion for a Better Africa.
